Okay so it’s 5/10/12, yesterday I had my consultation appointment with Dr.Raphael in Plano, TX. I am beyond stoked. I’ll be scheduling my surgery in a day or two and will be on the table in 3-4 weeks.
I have decided that I will record a video later and go into greater detail about the consult. It’s too much to type and I am a bit scattered right now. You shall be linked up later, I promise.
Wife has been begging me to change my hairstyle… So I did.

Hey just got my first t shot about two days ago. I injected in my thigh. It’s so sore almost to the point where I can’t bend my leg without it hurting. Feels like a strained muscle or bruised. Is this normal? And how long does this pain last? Also will I feel this everytime I do my injections?

That happened to me for a while. If your doing self injections stretch your muscle first. I’ve caught myself tensing up prior to, breathe, relax. After make sure you massage your thigh and do a little more stretching.
I’ve been on T for 6+ years, I don’t even notice the “sore thigh” anymore.

So my wife thinks I’m a total nymphomaniac now. I REALLY can’t help it, it’s… just natural I guess… Several months ago I wasn’t really like this. I was pretty apathetic when it came to sex and/or masturbation. Now I can’t really comprehend how I survived without it.
Thinking back to the past, my sex-life has had a rapid evolution up to this point. I grew up as a very sheltered child. My mother was a nun in the Roman-Catholic Church and well… My father figure is still a Franciscan Fryer (priest). I love my Mom and “Dad”, I have no interest in meeting my real parents but there was still something missing. I guess it was that dose of reality that they couldn’t provide due to the fact that they too were sheltered by the church at a young age.
I grew up being taught the same ol’ stuff… Maintain virginity till marriage, yadda yadda… Needless to say, NONE of it got past me. I was the rebellious young child who discovered masturbation WAY too early. Not to mention having explored a variety of said “no-no’s” before I even turned 18.
My crude behavior led me to getting kicked out of my house shortly after my 18th birthday. That also, was when I had originally started HRT. I continued to live in the area, either with my girlfriend or in a trailer on Asilomar State beach. That was perfect because I surfed all the time and all I had to do was open my door and walk about 40ft to the shore. I eventually moved in with two lesbians who didn’t charge rent. I guess I was something like a “pool-boy” in their eyes. Anyways…

So… I was with this lovely gal for a few years. Her, aside from several others helped me expand my horizons. We had a good relationship all-in-all. We were even making plans to do some fun stuff for the Crash Pad Series but I wimped out. I regret that now. It’s really hard for me to believe I was almost clueless when it came to the “how-to’s” of sex. Now I can’t get enough play-time… My wife is really gonna get it when she comes home for two weeks.

My fellow supervisor got canned today. He deserved it and I have no sympathy for people like him. I’m happy because without him the “invincible” morning-crew is gonna get a mouthful of UGLY, let me define that as pure reality. I’m 210% in charge of my own store again.
In less than 25 days I have to straighten out two other stores. Thankfully the Army trained this boy right. I’ll have all 3 squared away before exodus, no doubt.

Unfortunately they DO stretch. There’s no way to restore the binder. Rumor has it the black binders are “stiffer” and hold up longer. However, I personally do not find that to be true.
Also, you have to be very careful about the way you wash them. No dryer, no exceptions!!! No bleaches or harsh chemicals. Mine have had the best survival rate being washed with like color clothes and then air dried. I’ve done the whole “hand washing with anti-bacterial hand soap” deal and that seems to be just as damaging as throwing it in the dryer.

Gym Stuffs
Figured I’d share my lil gym routine. I got a membership to Snap Fitness a couple weeks ago. (Here’s the web address: http://www.snapfitness.com/) It’s a pretty decent gym, affordable and open 24/7.
My goals are to loose weight, gain cardio endurance and build big muscle. My lower body is already fairly muscular so I’m mainly focused on core/upper body.
Reps: 15-10-7
Weight: Varies. Just heavy enough to keep good form, hold and release. By last 7 reps, feel lactic acid burn sensation.
11NOV11
Cardio: Bike, 21minutes.
Converging Chest Press: 40lbs
Abdominal Crunch: 60lbs
Arm Curls: 30lbs
Tricep Extension: 40lbs
Pectoral Fly: 85lbs
Rear Delt: 55lbs
Diverging Chest Press: 55lbs
Seated Calf: 76lbs
Diverging Lat Pull Down: 55lbs
Roman Chair: No weight
Felt high on endorphin’s after the workout and through the evening. Today (11/10) I’m feeling fairly sore in my back, shoulders and biceps. Thankfully I’m not sooo sore I won’t be able to hit upper body again tomorrow. Due to time limitations I could only do a small workout for lower today.
Cardio: Bike, 25 minutes.
Hip Abduction: 40lbs
Hip Adduction: 40lbs
Seated Leg Curl: 50lbs
Leg Press: 130lbs
So, I’ll give this workout routine about 2-3 more weeks before I evaluate my progress and decide to stick with it or switch it up. Cardio, cardio, CARDIO!!!
Hard
I could go on a long rant about this. Just to really summarize this… “Work hard, Play hard”. Balancing your life between the two is so rewarding. Physically and mentally.
